GASI Workshop on Effective Witness Examination
Descrizione
The workshop focuses on fundamental questioning techniques for witnesses that may be applied in international arbitration, domestic legal proceedings, and even witness interviews in the context of internal investigations. The workshop will cover both the theory and practice of these fundamental questioning techniques. The participants will receive a short case file in advance of the workshop and be requested to prepare a limited number of questions for two witnesses referenced in the case file. The advance preparation should not require more than 60-90 minutes.
